Authority

As a new wave of cases start sweeping our country from a new variant of this wretched disease, the LORD has been dealing with me about anointing and authority.

It is going to take the anointing to destroy the yokes of this spiritual and physical oppression and bring healing and restoration only found in Christ. As the scriptures says

"how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit with great power; and He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, because God was with Him. Acts 10:38 amp.

Christ means the Anointed One. He is the anointed Prophet likened but greater than Moses. He is the anointed King of Israel, whose throne knows no end. He is the anointed High Priest after the order of Melchizedek whoever lives to intercede for us. But in the verse above in the Lord's earthly ministry Jesus did not heal out of his own personal divinity. He went about healing those oppressed by the devil through the power of the Spirit and it says God (the Father) was with Him.

We have not been saved just for us to get into Heaven but to also be the Lord's disciples, His followers and follow in His footsteps. He delegated this anointing and authority to heal. It is clear that sickness and disease illness (physical and mental) are all results of the fallen world and the wages of sin ultimately lead to death. I have never known a time where I have personally seen and heard people here one minute and now have passed the next. I doubt any of us have in our lifetime.

When I was praying about the virus early last year The LORD showed me a vision of China and in the middle of it was a dark cloud with dragon eyes. It's an interesting phrase but if you have seen shows with dragons or reptilian eyes you understand what I am saying. I am personally convinced that China as a government (not necessarily it's people) is one of the heads of the dragon found in Revelation that has ten heads. It even says it is the serpent the enemy but that it also represents nations just as the beast does. Principalities and powers are working directly in our governments now, even our own. If we are to resist and restrain the spirit that opposes Christ (the anti-Christ) we must tap into our Authority that is powered by the anointing of the Spirit of God knowing that God is with us.

It is time to take authority over this pestilence and the virus will follow suit. Sometimes you have to deal with the spiritual issue before addressing the physical. We have neglected in doing this.

Listen to what Yeshua (Jesus) tells his disciples in Luke.

He said to them I saw Satan fall from heaven like [a flash of] lightning. Listen carefully: I have given you authority [that you now possess] to tread on serpents and scorpions, and [the ability to exercise authority] over all the power of the enemy (Satan); and nothing will [in any way] harm you. Nevertheless do not rejoice at this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are recorded in heaven. Luke 10:18-20

I have spoken on this subject before in the context that we should not focus or rejoice in the enemy being subject to us, but if we don't believe in this delegation of power how will we operate in it. Jesus said "Listen Carefully" so we need to pay attention to this. Some of us are wanting to plead and beg God to stop the devil when He told us to . As long as our faith is for God to stop the devil we will not be living out the instruction ;submit unto God resist the devil he will flee. We have the authority over the enemy and this pestilence but we must have faith. Another way of saying it is this.

Authority works by faith and faith works by love and to know the love of God is to know the Son of God.
