We are fearfully and wonderfully made. On the sixth day of Creation Elohim said let Us make man in our image after our likeness. (Gen. 1:26) He created us male and female. (Gen. 5:2) But it seems now a days that cancel culture is trying to cancel out Creation and distort God's work in us that He has intended. It is bad enough that we have all fallen short of His Glory needing a savior found only in Jesus Christ but to irreverently destroy our origins and the specific design that Elohim (Father, Son and Spirit) is nothing but pride. This is nothing else than Satan's ( our enemy) plan to lift us up together with him in pride only to be resisted and fall on our faces with him. Misery loves company.
NO I say. For whether it is a distortion of our sexuality or the command for a man to cleave to his wife and leave his father and mother for them to be one. For the Husband is to love his wife as Christ loved the Church and the wife is to respect and honor her husband as the church should submit to the headship of our LORD.
All sexual immorality is a sin and no one is born created or made in a way that contradicts the initial creation of Elohim for by Him and for Him have we been made for the purpose of offering our bodies a living sacrifice holy and acceptable the very temple of the Holy Spirit. (Rom. 11:36, Rom. 12:1)
So to all the LGBTQ community, you are made for the Glory of God not to revel in unnatural affection nor were we made to revel in fornication, adultery, pornography, incest pedophilia and anything else that is clearly sexually immoral. The bible has set forth the boundaries of our sexual affections in the covenants of marriage between a man and a woman.
I now speak to the church in regards to having to reinforce this truth. Why there is debate is perhaps a glimpse to a possibly even greater problem in the church. A lack of faith in the Authority of scripture or perhaps a lack of scripture literacy. Either way this blog is not so much for the sinner but the sinner who is now saved by grace and as Romans says shall we continue in sin so that grace abounds Heaven forbid! (Rom. 6:1,2) No I say we are fearfully and wonderfully made even in the womb he has knitted us. (Ps. 139:13,14) Then one must ask what is the greater sin? The unnatural relation and distortion of what God intended whether for man or a woman to be able to have a family and carry on generations in a covenant relationship sealed by vows unto God and a love that goes beyond the exotic?
Or is it the fornication and lust of those even in the Family of Faith or at least those who attend the House of God that leads to impregnation of an unwanted gift of the Divine that leads to single mothers absent fathers or worse murder for declaring "it's my body"and yet it is not your body that you kill and now you desecrate the Temple of the Spirit that you claim gave you eternal life in Christ.
So again I speak not unto the sinner for sinners sin what do these words mean for them.
I speak truth in love that we need to make sure that any of these sentiments are not found where we declare Jesus is our Lord Savior Creator Author and Finisher so that when we do stand before our Maker we can say we were faithful with all that He made in us and through us and in so many ways reflects Him.
Even in all of this may we all never forget there is Repentance, Forgiveness, Deliverance and Salvation in Jesus Christ. As Many will call upon the Name of the LORD shall be saved.
Blessings.
